Energy Conservation Measures in buildings – The Philippines

The proposed SSC-PoA intends to promote the implementation of energy conservation measures (ECMs) in buildings in the Philippines. The package of specific energy conservation measures to be implemented under the programme is identified during an elaborate energy audit of each building: optimising controls, or replacing equipment. With constant commissioning the buildings energy system is constantly optimised using software to obtain lowest possible energy usage levels while delivering required building conditions and comfort levels. Approximately 10,000 tonnes CO2 annually.
